Peace Please
I spent three wonderful hours at a Feldenkrais Intensive this Sunday morning (with a fragile cease fire being in place in the Ukraine since last night).
While I was lying on my back I felt calm in my body and it occurred to me how very lucky and privileged I was to be lying there, being able to feel calm, peaceful and unthreatened.
On the way to the Feldenkrais Studio early in the morning a young woman had come passed me, wearing one of these white cotton bags. The bold black letters on it said PEACE PLEASE. The only words that crossed my mind then were: Yes, please.
